Your Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Brand Strategy and Identity Responsibilities: Develop Brand Identity Systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides. Understand the client’s mission, vision, and target audience to build a resonant visual identity. Experience in Figma and Adobe Suite is required.
• Establish Brand Guidelines: Produce a brand book or guidelines that dictate how the brand’s visual identity should be applied across touchpoints to ensure consistency.
• Design Execution and Production: Create marketing and communication materials (digital and print). This includes:
• Digital: Website graphics, social media assets, email templates, banner ads, and presentations.
• Print: Brochures, sell sheets, case studies, business cards, and packaging.
• Conceptualize and Illustrate: Generate design concepts and solutions from scratch using traditional or digital tools (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma; Canva).
• Manage Design Projects: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time completion within scope.

• Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with clients, present concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure designs reflect brand messaging. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing strategists, copywriters, project managers) for campaign alignment. Present and justify design choices to clients and colleagues.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on design trends, software, and technologies to keep output fresh and competitive. Ensure quality assurance with attention to detail and accuracy before publishing or printing.

What You Need Skills & Experience Preferred:

• Key Qualifications
• Hard Skills (Technical & Foundational): Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator for logos/vector, InDesign for layouts, Photoshop for image manipulation), Figma (UI/UX), Microsoft PPTX, Canva. Strong portfolio showing diverse projects and design process.
• Deep Understanding of Design Principles: Color theory, typography, and layout fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Print & Digital Production: Understanding of file formats (vector vs raster) and color modes (CMYK vs RGB).
• Soft Skills: Creative problem-solving, strong communication, adaptability, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to handle feedback.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, but strong portfolios and relevant experience can outweigh formal education. Typically a few years of professional experience, preferably in an agency setting; for senior roles, leadership experience is essential.

• Performance & Collaboration Metrics: Project completion rate, time spent vs. estimate, number of revisions, utilization rate, brand consistency, client and stakeholder satisfaction, and impact on business metrics where applicable.
