Overview This role presents an opportunity to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cashflow and transaction data reflected in AABOR, supporting the integrity of our financial systems. By efficiently capturing trades from various sources and booking derivative transactions, the role directly contributes to our mission of maintaining reliable and transparent accounting records. Close collaboration with onshore teams and proactive resolution of reconciliation breaks are key to ensuring data quality. The individual will gain valuable experience in trade operations, system booking, and cross-functional coordination, while playing a vital role in supporting middle office activities and fund events. Responsibilities Receive and validate transaction instructions from MIM/GA teams, onshore and custodians. Work within existing procedures and processes ensuring clear and concise documentation is created and maintained. Work closely with SME and other senior members in establishing the control framework. Initiate process improvements that will create efficiencies in the process.
