This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of 12–20 mortgage specialists Track daily performance and share updates, tips, and action plans to meet SLAs Foster a positive and productive team culture through coaching and recognition Oversee pipeline management to ensure daily targets are achieved Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Performance Management Conduct regular coaching sessions and team huddles to align on goals and updates Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance on complex scenarios Identify trends and share insights with leadership for process improvements Develop strategies and timelines to meet operational goals Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the BPO industry Preferably with Billing experience Background in banking, finance, insurance, or US mortgage servicing is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) Confident with excellent negotiation and leadership abilities Willing to work onsite in Cebu City or Mandaue City What We Offer Competitive monthly salary ₱30,000 sign-on bonus HMO coverage with one free dependent Life insurance Free parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
