Implementation Associate Join to apply for the Implementation Associate role at NCR Atleos . NCR Atleos is headquartered in Atlanta. Responsibilities Receive and process customer scheduling requests via email, external customer system, and/or web form. Obtain NCR Atleos Site Address Numbers (FUA’s) for the U.S. and Canada. Create NCR Atleos Customer Engineer Dispatch tickets. Submit required paperwork to schedule NCR CE’s or third‑party contractors, obtain CE/technician assignments, and provide them to the customer. Update and maintain the project system (ServiceNow). Track equipment shipments through delivery and update customer Quickbase and/or ServiceNow as needed to support other team members. Provide survey/installation documentation to CE/3rd‑party technicians. Manage and maintain shared team mailboxes.
