Position: Mandarin HR Recruitment Specialist Industry: Mobile Technology Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Mon-Fri at 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Salary: Negotiable Work Set-up: Work On-Site BENEFITS: Government-Mandated Benefits HMO 13th Month Pay Free Medical Examination Load Allowance Other allowances will be discussed by the company REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment on Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, manpower agencies) Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Maintain and update the applicant tracker and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Paper Screening Initial interview HR Interview (Language Assessment) Final Interview with Manager Job Offer
