About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to connect product features with powerful storytelling. This role will develop campaign concepts that highlight performance, durability, and outdoor lifestyle across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Translate product features (fabric technology, UPF protection, hidden pockets, etc.) into clear, compelling ad campaigns.
  • Partner with design, video, and copy teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Review performance data to refine and optimize creative.
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy or similar roles.
  • Background in paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Experience in apparel, lifestyle, or outdoor brands a plus.
  • Strong balance of creativity and data-driven thinking.
