Prepare cost estimates for housing, special land development, amenities and others Review design plans, details for budgeting and implementation Review budget requests and awards endorsed by Construction Management Department and Estate Management Department Evaluate and review Estimate prepared by Technical Engineers Coordinate with Structural Consultant for all related design concern Perform site inspection to verify site actual condition before budgeting including project status update, and to check if it was performed with accordance to the required design and specification Prepare correspondence, memo and documents related to the projects and facilitate internal requirements Perform encoding and checking on existing company system Coordinate with other departments on the other needed details during awarding and procurement of contractor Monitor the project status updates and propose possible action plans to keep the schedule on track Conduct inspection of other ongoing project at land development as per instruction of the engineering head Monitor the works activity of Technical Engineers Prepare report for all Technical concerns Perform other task to be assigned by the department head from time to time or needed warrants Qualifications With at least three (3) years of experience in Construction or Real Estate and Land Development.
