• Direct responsibility over the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and strategy. Develop and implement best-in-class methods and procedures to serve our customers.
• Provide oversight to a team of employees, offering training to ensure operations run smoothly; implement procedures; provide information to senior Leaders; generate ideas to increase productivity.
• Directly oversee Teammates, Team Leaders and the Operations Management team; maintain positive morale for effective daily operations; suggest systems and process improvements based on daily ground operations.
• Own development of company systems for customer interaction and control their implementation; manage and improve campaign performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
• Ensure staff performance reviews are conducted; assess teammates’ needs; articulate cost/benefit analyses and other operational strategy assessments.
• Maintain open communication between teammates and senior management; monitor staffing, temporary coverage and training; deliver excellent client service; resolve problems that arise.
• Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives; guide Operations Managers to meet team and individual goals.
• Summarize, collect and analyze trends and data for regular performance reports; prepare an annual budget, estimate necessities, correct overspending, analyze cost variances and plan expenses.
• Oversee systems maintenance and upgrade implementations; call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed; participate in workshops for ongoing professional improvement.

• At least 5 years of operations management experience; held a leadership position in a customer service role; strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly motivated self-starter.
• Experience handling at least 600 FTEs with an excellent track record of meeting targets; strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and build productive business relationships with clients.
