Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service, manage accounts effectively, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure clients are receiving optimal service and deliverables, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to meet client objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, showcasing performance and results.
  • Resolve client issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
  • Track and analyze account performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and strategic discussions.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (preferably in a relevant industry).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for customer success.
