Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Associate – Crypto ITO Launch

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We’re preparing for the global Initial Token Offering (ITO) of the MAPU Token, backed by MatchAwards.com – a live social economic platform with 83,000+ users. We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Associate to join our team and help drive community engagement, countdown campaigns, and global visibility leading into our ITO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Assist with content creation: short posts, visuals, countdown updates, and press release amplification.
  • Monitor and engage with community questions about MAPU and our ITO.
  • Support marketing campaigns with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide quick daily reports.
  • Coordinate with leadership team on PR, influencer outreach, and partner messaging.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Able to work U.S. hours EST.
  • Prior experience with social media management, crypto marketing, or Web3 community growth.
  • Familiar with cryptocurrency exchanges, tokens, and DeFi basics.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced launch environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience running countdown or launch campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, or CEX/DEX listing promotions.

Compensation: $400/Month. If ITO successful pay raise and long term contract employment
