Job Description

• Duties and Responsibilities
  • Make a production plan based on the Sales & Marketing forecast
  • Prepare material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating material requirements according to ideal standard stock (minimum and maximum limits)
  • Monitor all inventory for the production process, stock in the warehouse, or imported so the market entry process runs smoothly and remains balanced
  • Evaluate production, sales, and inventory conditions
  • Process and analyze data about the plan and realization of production, sales, and inventory data
  • Calculate standard employee counts each year based on production input
  • Calculate yield based on production standards realization
  • Actively communicate with all parties to obtain accurate, up-to-date data
  • Sales-Order filtering of the Sales data
  • Enter orders into the Monthly Production Planning
  • Develop a schedule for the production process including time, route, and right quantity for timely delivery
  • Balance the production line workload
  • Inform the Sales section if there is a problem in the production process causing delayed delivery
  • Production planning is conducted jointly by Inventory Control (PPIC) and Material Planner based on the forecast from Sales & Marketing
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
• Competency Requirements
  • Industrial Engineering or management-related graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Highly analytical, a critical thinker, and organized
  • Decision making
  • Understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office; computer skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems
  • Demonstrate personal time management skills

• Position: Production Supervisor/Manager (Garment / Apparel)
• Job Type: Full time
• Location: San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines 4023
• Background in Merchandising and willingness to perform merchandising tasks
• Plan and manage the entire garment production flow from raw material receiving to cutting, production, packing, and loading
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure materials are available for each shift
• Monitor and evaluate performance of each production section for maximum efficiency
• Train crew and production specialists according to the training plan
• Manage production schedules and delivery times
• Manage quality defects
• Prepare operation breakdown and machine layout to meet schedule
• Knowledge of different machine types, folders, and sewing techniques to improve productivity
• Write and compile production reports; attend production meetings and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Develop and conduct internal compliance plans and test standards to prevent non-compliance of product outputs
• Resolve non-compliance issues related to the production process and recommend changes as needed

• Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field
  • Proficient with computers
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in sewing operations preferred
  • Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna
  • Hardworking, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Industrial Engineering background preferred
• Location: San Miguel Compound, Amante St., Landayan San Pedro, Laguna (Opposite Reitoh Cold Storage)
