Production Planning & Inventory Control Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make a production plan based on the Sales & Marketing forecast
• Develop material procurement plans based on the plan and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal standard stock with minimum and maximum limits
• Monitor all inventory for the production process, stock in the warehouse, or imports so that the market entry process runs smoothly and in balance
• Evaluate production, sales, and inventory conditions
• Process and analyze data about the plan and realization of production, sales, and inventory data
• Calculate standard employees per year based on input from production
• Calculate yield based on the realization of production standards each year
• Actively communicate with all parties concerned to obtain accurate and up-to-date data
• Sales-order filtering of the Sales
• Enter orders into the Monthly Production Planning after approval
• Develop a schedule for the production process with timing, routing, and correct quantities to deliver on time and meet customer demand
• Balance the production line where possible
• Inform the Sales section if there is a problem in the production process that may cause delayed delivery
• Production planning is conducted jointly by Inventory Control (PPIC) and Material Planner based on forecast from the Sales & Marketing division
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Competency Requirements

• Industrial Engineering or management-related graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Highly analytical, a critical thinker, and organized
• Decision making
• Understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office products
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize with strict deadlines
• Good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities
• Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions
• Demonstrate personal time management skills

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate : San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
