Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field .
- 2–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business process improvement.
- Proven experience in system implementation and familiarity with change management methodologies.
- Strong skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project support .
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting .
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci ) is an advantage.
As a Change Analyst , you will play a key role in driving successful organizational transitions and transformations . You will be responsible for end-to-end change management —including impact analysis, planning, communication, training, and implementation—ensuring that changes are well-adopted across teams, culture, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create communication plans and materials to inform and engage employees.
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels to secure buy-in and support.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with new skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate change implementation , ensuring timelines and goals are achieved.
- Monitor progress, analyze feedback, and prepare reports and recommendations .
- Advocate and cultivate a culture of adaptability and innovation within the organization.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Architects, QA, Developers, Scrum Masters).
- High empathy and adaptability to support the human side of change.
- A passion for building a culture of resilience and continuous improvement .
