Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and healthy lifestyle practices. Documentation Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including symptoms, progress, and treatments administered. Ensure timely and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Medical Assistance Assist doctors and other healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Set up and monitor medical equipment, ensuring its proper function and patient safety. Safety & Compliance Adhere to infection control protocols, health standards, and hospital policies. Ensure a safe and clean environment, taking preventative measures to avoid cross-contamination. Qualifications Education: Nursing degree (BSN preferred) and a valid nursing license. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for entry-level roles. Skills: Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
