Overview Globe is seeking an engineering professional to drive Access Network projects by participating in planning network architecture and design. The role requires coordinating team-work activities, organizing and running effective meetings, and maintaining relationships with internal business partners. The position involves project planning, identifying improvement opportunities in processes or technical environments, and increasing Access Network reliability while reducing costs. Key responsibilities include monitoring and resolving performance of BSC/BTS/NODEB/LTE/SgNB, performing cluster optimization to enhance customer experience, reviewing and approving parameter audits and optimization plans from vendors, investigating voice, SMS and data benchmarking issue logs, conducting site audits, evaluating signal coverage, and approving RF Acceptance KPI targets for new sites and expansions. Responsibilities Drive Access Network engineering projects by participating in planning of network architecture and design. Coordinate team-work activities, organize and run effective meetings. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners. Help plan projects or subtasks, including work outside the immediate tasks. Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes or technical environments. Identify opportunities to increase Access Network reliability and reduce costs. Monitor and resolve performance for BSC/BTS/NODEB/LTE/SgNB. Perform and accept Cluster Optimization to enhance customer experience using advanced tools and techniques. Review and approve parameter audits and optimization plans from vendors. Investigate and resolve voice, SMS and data benchmarking problem logs. Perform site audits, evaluate signal coverage, and implement modifications to enhance signal coverage. Analyze and approve RF Acceptance KPI targets for new site and expansion. Qualifications / Requirements Experience in mobile network engineering and optimization is preferred. Ability to assess and improve network performance and reliability. Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-team coordination. Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
