Responsibilities Supervise the QA process for all edited visual content, including still images, videos, and digital media. Review and approve final edits to ensure alignment with project specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Manage and train a team of QA specialists and junior editors, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. Develop and maintain QA checklists, documentation, and workflows. Collaborate with Picture Editors and Creative Teams to identify and resolve issues related to color correction, cropping, file formats, metadata, and resolution. Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues and implement process improvements. Maintain a strong understanding of image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Ensure file naming conventions and media asset management protocols are followed. What You Need Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field. 5+ years of experience in image/video editing or post-production, with at least 2 years in a QA or supervisory role. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong eye for visual details, quality, and consistency. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
