Position Summary

Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in the Philippines? In this role, you will guide and support a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You’ll develop strategic plans, coach your team, and ensure compliance with ethical standards. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about making a positive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to the needs of your region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with GSK’s ethical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that aligns with GSK’s values.
Qualifications/Skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals.
Work Environment

This role is on-site and based in the Philippines, requiring regular travel within the region to engage with healthcare professionals and support your team.
