Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and providing opportunities for employee growth and development. Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans. Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals. Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations. HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness in the workplace. Organizational Development: Supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. HR Strategy: Advising leadership on HR strategy and workforce trends. Maintaining HR Records: Managing employee records and ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality. Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Education: A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required.Some positions, especially at higher levels, may require a master\'s degree.
