About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our customer service operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. If you have a passion for process improvement and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines Provide actionable feedback to agents and collaborate with operations to drive performance improvements Use quality monitoring tools to document audit results and identify trends Support continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery teams Qualifications: Hands‑on experience using ISET and ACET platforms for quality monitoring and evaluation Solid background in healthcare customer service within a BPO environment Proficient in Windows‑based applications , including: Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents Microsoft Excel for analyzing and organizing data Prior experience in a call center setting , with exposure to relevant LOBs and service delivery models Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Previous experience conducting call audits , ideally within the healthcare domain Familiarity with the Call Quality Compliance (CCQ) program Why Join Us?
