Overview

The Web Experience Delivery Manager role at DemandScience supports the Labs team in delivering exceptional web experience solutions at scale. This person leads hands-on configuration, technical management, and optimization of customer web experience campaigns, and supports the Web Experiences team in platform setup, customization, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is technically adept, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking critically about marketing and web experience optimization. Prior familiarity with web marketing tools and a basic understanding of CSS are beneficial; full platform training will be provided.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”
  • Account Setup & Configuration: Provision new accounts for VID and Web Experiences customers; manage initial configurations for accurate setup; update and customize customer training documentation.
  • Campaign Creation & Management: Build customer web experience campaigns using configuration details from the Labs Customer Success Manager; configure goals, create segments, develop content, and build campaigns within the platform; apply basic CSS knowledge to create or customize content templates.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile monthly performance reports from platform data; review auto-generated reports, customize as needed, and manually adjust when required; identify optimization opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for Labs CSM.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the first line of support for configuration challenges or technical issues; troubleshoot platform-related problems and escalate as needed; partner with Labs CSMs to align deliverables with customer needs and goals; provide input on opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall customer experience.

  • Basic understanding of CSS for template creation and customization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills to identify optimization opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English
  • Eagerness to learn and grow technically and strategically in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically minded with an interest in marketing and customer experience
  • Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently once trained
