The Operations Lead supports the Operations Collection Manager in leading a team of staff overseeing the day to day activities related to processing and verification of credit applications and the collecting for payment on overdue accounts in order to meet the company's goals. It is expected of the person to have the following: 1. Ability to lead the collection associates to meet the department goal. 2. Ability to do side by side training of the associates. 3. Can prepare collection report for use of the Immediate Heads Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of three (3) staff membersand monitor overall team performance. Conduct buyer call-outsfor collections, covering a base of 200–250 accounts. Manage communication through email, social media, Viber, and phone calls. Handle escalated callsand ensure timely resolution of issues. Prepare regular reportson performance and collection metrics. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Candidate Profile At least 2–3 years of work experiencein BPO, banking, or multinational companies. Must have a results-driven mindsetwith the ability to manage performance-based targets. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Open to expanded or reassigned rolesif deemed a better fit within the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
