Location: Egis Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Senior Back-end Software Developer As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software solutions. Responsibilities Create and maintain SQL stored procedures, REST API in C# .NET and other scripts as needed by the project Build reusable components and libraries for future use Ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal performance of the software Collaborate with other development teams on support and peer code review Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior developers, fostering their skill development and professional growth Work closely with clients, Front-end and Back-end teams, DevOps and project managers to create strong and effective applications Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, API documentation, and user guides, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer within the team Adhere to best practices in coding to ensure quality, maintainability, and efficiency of the code Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field Master’s degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in software development Required Skills And Qualifications Strong proficiency in C# .NET CORE and LINQ Entity Framework Proficient in SQL programming languages Experience with AWS components (SQS, SNS, Lambda) and GitLab CI/CD processes are a plus Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent time management and project management skills Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Consulting Industries Civil Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
