Overview Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Management Specialist located in Taguig. The Artist or Talent Scout Specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented individuals in various artistic fields, evaluating their potential, and developing relationships with artists. The role involves organizing auditions and showcases, networking with industry professionals, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging talents. Additionally, the specialist will be collaborating with other departments to support the growth and success of recruited talents. Responsibilities Identify and recruit talented individuals in various artistic fields. Evaluate talent potential and develop relationships with artists. Organize auditions and showcases; coordinate with industry professionals and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talents. Collaborate with other departments to support the growth and success of recruited talents. Qualifications Ability to identify and assess potential talent through in-person and digital scouting Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with artists and industry professionals Excellent organizational skills to manage auditions, showcases, and recruitment events Proficiency in staying updated with industry trends and emerging talents Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 2–3 years of experience in the entertainment industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Arts, Communications, Entertainment Management, or related field is preferred Ability to work on-site in Taguig and collaborate effectively with other departments Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Media Production #J-18808-Ljbffr
