This role is responsible for maximizing ad performance and delivering measurable business results.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn. Conduct keyword and audience research for B2B targeting. Optimize campaigns for lead quality and conversion. Report on CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution. Collaborate on ABM strategies with Sales and Marketing. Stay current on platform updates and best practices. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualitiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3 years managing B2B PPC campaigns. Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. Experience optimizing for lead quality. Strong analytical and budget management skills. Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads certification preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
