Overview

Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Home based) – Evolution Singapore

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve territory sales, profitability, and budget objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales data for assigned regions or accounts.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and sales data to management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to develop account plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts.
  • Expand opportunity pipelines for both existing and new products.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of product features and services, including basic production and technical aspects.
  • Recommend products and manage quality issues with solid technical competence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new products, industry technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Apply a solution-selling approach : identify customer needs and demonstrate how products meet them.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively leverage business value in negotiations.
  • Actively participate in marketing, technical, and growth programs as required.
  • Manage distributors and channel partners when necessary to execute business growth plans.
  • Report on competitive activities.
  • Manage and drive a successful sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Comply with Brady Corporation’s global, quality, environmental, safety & health, and other relevant policies.
Requisite Criteria
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronics/label printing industry or a related field.
  • Degree/Diploma in a related field or in Science.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (Japanese proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Good technical competencies.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales.
