Job Description We are seeking an experienced consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions for Oracle Utilities applications. The successful candidate will apply technical expertise in Java, Groovy, and object-oriented design while leveraging Oracle Utilities products and related frameworks. Responsibilities Develop technical design specifications based on high‑level requirements. Lead and participate in design walkthroughs with architects, designers, developers, and customers; facilitate timely resolution of design issues throughout the development process. Translate technical design specifications into maintainable code, consistently meeting project budgets and deadlines. Ensure deliverable quality by rigorously following project standards, methodologies, and performing quality assurance reviews of team outputs. Prepare functional testing documentation and execute test cases, recording and analyzing results according to established procedures. Oversee project release activities, including the review, sign‑off, and verification testing of release deliverables. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers and designers, fostering team growth and technical excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems development, or offshore services. Strong background in Java, Groovy, or object‑oriented technical design and development. Experience with Oracle Utilities products, the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), or related applications (CCS, C2M, CC+B, MSCS, MDM, WACS, WAM). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you build rapport easily and simplify complex ideas. Proven ability to work independently and lead when necessary, using judgment to deliver top‑quality results.
