Overview Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a Report Analyst to develop operations reports, analyze performance, and support business operations with data-driven insights. Responsibilities Develop and analyze operations reports, dashboards, and charts to evaluate delivery and quality performance. Create weekly management reports, including Dashboard, Volume and SLA Report, SBT Report, CIP, and Gap Analysis. Monitor production and quality variances, and report findings to management. Deliver work according to timelines, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Coordinate with other departments and act as the interface between the client and Stefanini. Recommend and implement changes to operational processes and practices. Lead and manage projects, ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications Graduate of a 4-year university course (preferred). Minimum 4+ years of professional experience. Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and exercise independent judgment. Understanding of database tools and languages. Excellent numerical ability and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and other computer applications. Good listening skills and ability to take detailed work instructions. Attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Trusted, honest, and cautious in handling sensitive information, with proven personal and professional integrity. Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision. Open to feedback and constructive criticism. Excellent attendance record. Patience and flexibility in responding to frequently changing requirements and management styles. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people throughout all levels of the organization.
