Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope. Ensures all service levels are met per client expectations. Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilitates allocation of work Contributes to business growth and efficiencies. Interfaces with clients to identify and resolve ongoing issues. Reconcile transactions and/or accounts. Provide Cash Application with requested information like remit details. Preparing operating and management reports. Qualifications: College Graduate, Preferably Business-Related Course. At least 2 years of solid experience in Business-to-Business Collections. With experience doing Accounts Reconciliation. Familiar with the dunning and collections escalations process. Resolving disputes and unapplied payments. Account management, end-to-end B2B collections. Willing to work in Pasay.
