Responsibilities
  • Provide direct technical support to the Operations Team
  • Assist in the technical issues of the properties especially for civil works related issues (cracks, leaks, etc.)
  • Monitor the maintenance programs and equipment parameters as necessary
  • Oversee and monitor technical issues and audit findings until closure
  • Property audit and inspections
  • Assist for the research and implementation of new technologies and innovation programs
  • Create and presents project proposals for new technologies
  • Create and presents technical report of tasks handle
  • Implement and monitor property standardization
  • Performs other related tasks that may be given from time to time
