You will be based at any Cloudstaff branch in Ortigas, Makati, Angeles, Mabalacat, Cebu, or Davao. Key Responsibilities Follow company processes and protocols. Maintain daily awareness, track deadlines in Asana. Keep personal email inbox organized and respond within 24 hours. Send daily plans and end‑of‑day summaries. Track time in QB Time and complete bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks. Support Senior Accountants with assigned tasks. Weekly Bookkeep for monthly reporting clients. Follow up on unanswered project inquiries. Attach documentation to payroll and expense transactions. Organise other work papers. Monthly Bookkeep for quarterly clients. Review own work for accuracy. Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts. Review all reports related to the monthly closing process. Collaborate with Senior Staff Accountants on report reviews. Download and organise payroll tax returns for relevant clients. Submit and pay sales tax in multiple states. Annually Participate in the 1099 process, collect W9s, ensure vendor information is correct, and generate expense‑by‑vendor reports for clients engaging FFS for 1099. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience. End‑to‑end accounting experience: financial statement preparation, accounts payable, payroll entries, accrual accounting. Expertise in QuickBooks Online and related software. Experience handling multiple client accounts. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Basic Excel) and QuickBooks Online. Ability to learn new software applications. Strong critical‑thinking, reasoning ability, and problem‑solving skills. Independent work style and ability to manage competing priorities. English language proficiency, both verbal and written. Non‑Negotiable Skills & Requirements Experienced in month‑end close procedures. Experienced in handling multiple client accounts. 2+ years in QBO, Xero, or similar cloud‑based accounting software. 1+ years in Bill.com or similar bill‑pay applications (preference). Exceptions Licensed CPAs with external audit experience from PwC Philippines, EY, KPMG, P&A Grant Thornton, or Deloitte preferred. Accounting Experience Scrubbed. Montpac. Physical Demands and Work Environment Regularly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand, walk, and reach. Noise level usually moderate.
