Overview

eCommerce Specialist role at GoTeam. eCommerce Coordinator (Up to ₱42K + WFH Setup + FREE AI Certification). WFH | Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time).

Responsibilities

In this role, your mission is to support our eCommerce operations and ensure promotional alignment with marketing goals. You will make a direct impact by:

• Collaborate with Merchandise, Marketing, and Operations to align online presence with brand objectives.
• Assist marketing to ensure in-store objectives and timelines are met.
• Set up and manage promotions, including discounts, banners, and product collections.
• Source and edit images from suppliers in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Marketing knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Technical Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage product listings and promotions; ability to work effectively with Marketing, Merchandise, and Operations teams; Trello experience is desirable.
