Order Management & Billing Analyst I - Cebu

Job Description:

The role involves activities related to service contracts, including maintenance, cash, and charge handling, contract and equipment database management, and invoicing. The analyst ensures compliance with NCR VOYIX guidelines, maintains necessary documentation, and serves as the primary contact for customers regarding service agreements and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review legal agreements for completeness in terms and conditions for maintenance billing.
  2. Maintain and update equipment databases, including movements, additions, and cancellations.
  3. Process invoicing based on invoice preferences, validate revenue recognition criteria, and trigger invoices in the system.
  4. Ensure procedures comply with NCR VOYIX policies.
  5. Perform reconciliation and reporting, verify monthly revenue data, and provide corrections as needed.
  6. Archive records in accordance with policies and practices.
  7. Support internal and external audits as required.
