The ITAM Senior Associate supports the IT Asset Management team by handling the registration and maintenance of the ServiceNow application, ensuring data quality, conducting system testing, and assisting in process improvements. This role is crucial for ensuring that application records are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Register, update, and maintain application records in ServiceNow. Perform application maintenance, including lifecycle updates and other attributes. Conduct data quality reviews and correct discrepancies. Validate application attributes for compliance and accuracy. Perform functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ServiceNow enhancements. Maintain process documentation and support training activities. Generate reports on registration, maintenance, and data quality. Ensure compliance with IT policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, application management, or ServiceNow administration. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) platforms. Understanding of ITIL processes and ITAM principles is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and testing processes and tools.
