GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: The Sales Supervisor’s role is to oversee the day-to-day sales operations of the Sales Team both on fieldwork and administrative office work. He will assist and guide all Sales Team members in achieving required revenue monthly revenue targets as well as resolve issues and concerns as well as provide support on actionable matters related to sales. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational: Lead the Sales team ( Residential & Commercial and Industrial sales group) towards achieving operational and revenue objectives through constant fieldwork to potential leads and adhering to company set guidelines on set strategies and sales operational guidelines. Conduct regular Fieldwork sales call visits with Account Sales Representatives to prospective and potential clients related to On Grid / Off Grid Solar PV Systems applicable to Residential Houses, Developed Residential Housing communities ( Subdivision , Villages , Barangay ). Conduct regular Fieldwork sales call visits with Account Sales Representatives to prospective and potential Commercial and Industrial clients related to On Grid / Off Grid Solar PV Systems applicable to other market segments with medium to large scale Solar Technology System requirement ( such as Manufacturing Plant Facilities, Office/Industrial Buildings, Commercial Malls, Hospitals, Schools, Resorts, Hotels, etc.) . Develop Client relationship through constant sales calls with Account Sales Representatives during Fieldwork. Conduct Focus group discussions and Technical presentations on Solar System Designs and packages to potential lead Clients both for C&I and Residential market segments. Conduct ocular inspection and site validation of potential locations for Solar System installation. Gather technical data and qualify Technical Standards during site inspection. Provide Recommendations to Clients on appropriate solar solutions. Discuss / Present Project proposals to Potential Clients. Provide assistance in securing necessary working permits for approved projects if needed. Attend and conduct technical sales discussion and meetings during Energy Conventions, Exhibits, Symposiums and the likes. Attend seminars, forums, and conferences when instructed to. Assist Technical group in the Design of Solar System package when necessary. Conduct visits to project installations for monitoring and project update purposes. Coordinate with SGSC Technical group all approved P.O. for proper project implementation and conduct of installation. Conduct rapport building and other representation initiatives to potential clients, decision makers, or persons with influence on project approvals. Attend to Pre – Bidding and Actual Bidding sessions when advised to do so. Assist in Bid Preparations for submission to Government or Private entities. Coordinate with the Department of Energy and other Renewable or Energy related institutions when needed. Assist in Collection of payments from specific client accounts with completed Solar PV System installations. Report to Head office from time to time for Business Sales Updates, Operations meeting and other administrative work related activities. ADMINISTRATIVE: Work with the Sales Director in setting up Revenue targets / Objectives for Account Sales Representatives and for the Team as a whole. Conduct periodic (quarterly) evaluation of individual sales team member thru the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) assessment tool. Review weekly administrative reports of the Sales Team and discuss potential issues and concern as well as recommend appropriate strategies and action plans for the next week’s fieldwork sales operation. Prepare approved Cost and Project Price Proposals for submission to potential Clients. Develop Slide presentations to Clients on scheduled meeting invitations. Monitor office and other work related e-mails and provide appropriate responses when needed. Coordinate with Technical group and Logistics all administrative related tasks, documentations, and costings needed to come up with timely project proposals. Coordinate with Technical and Logistics all necessary information and paperwork to be done in the preparation of project proposals or during actual project implementation as in the case of approved Client Purchase Order. Develop with the Sales Team members and maintain an updated List of Potential Clients in the Sales pipeline. Maintain a weekly Itinerary or calendar of schedules for sales calls monitoring Submit Monthly Travel Expense Summary ( TES ) report for Liquidation / reimbursement purposes. Conduct appointment setting with clients thru Actual face-to-face visits, Phone or emails. Provide reply communication to email inquiries.
