Step into a pivotal role as a Trade Lifecycle Lead at JPMorgan Chase, where you'll manage the operations of the pre- and post-trading lifecycle across all asset classes. Your expertise will drive operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and lead strategic projects to ensure seamless trade processing and innovative solutions.

As a Trade Lifecycle Manager III within JPMorgan’s Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS), you will act as the outsourced Middle Office for our clients across various products including Listed Securities, Cash, FX, Short-Term Liquidity, Derivatives, Contracts for Difference, and Bank Loans. The role involves managing all lifecycle stages, from broker matching to settlement, claims, client reporting, and service management of the client's custodial network and broker relationships. You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and technology partners to manage internal and external change within IMOS for the APAC region, supporting onboarding and ongoing change initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a growing team during a period of business expansion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize trade operations and client satisfaction.
  • Work with technology and product teams to review and enhance system designs, process flows, and documentation.
  • Optimize processes and systems supporting IMOS clients.
  • Manage onboarding and change delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing risks.
  • Implement strong controls and standardize operational models.
  • Support training and communication strategies for operational adoption.
  • Create and deliver executive reports, statuses, and metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the entire lifecycle across multiple financial products.
  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of defining business requirements and presenting effectively.
  • Ability to drive projects from inception to delivery and support business analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational and technical issues.
  • Results-oriented with flexibility to handle multiple disciplines.
