About the job Junior Solutions Architect Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients. Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio. Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:Generation of customer proposals Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders. Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products. Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets. Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives Qualification (REQUIRED) Experience in scoping and designing client solutions. A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security OperationCentres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black andCrowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities. Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understandchallenges and solutions. Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualize, articulate problems andconstruct solutions. Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate writtencommunications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct. Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills Information Security related degree or equivalent experience. Technical brain. Commercially minded, analytical approach preferred. Professional and respected for integrity. Open, honest and a team player. High work rate, lots of energy and enthusiasm.
