Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and escalated issues to appropriate departments. Analyze engagement metrics and derive insights for future content improvement. Run and manage social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media technologies. Generate monthly reports detailing the effectiveness of social media efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support larger marketing objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Exceptional oral and written communication skills ensuring clear brand messaging. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing multimedia content. Experience with social media advertising tools and performance analysis software.
