Social Media Specialist A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic. They analyze metrics, develop strategies, and collaborate with marketing teams to support business goals. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals Create, curate, and manage content Monitor channels for trends and engagement Analyze metrics and create reports Collaborate for brand consistency Engage with followers and manage communities Stay updated on best practices and technologies Plan and execute social media ad campaigns Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Certification in Social Media Marketing Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Proficiency in major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) Strong content creation and copywriting skills Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO Campaign development and execution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in community management Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and tone. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr is a plus, but not required. Willing to work onsite and on a fixed night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Philippine time).
