Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment Ensure that work progresses according to the approved schedule and budget Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to guide execution Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and clients for project updates and problem resolution Enforce quality control and safety compliance on-site Verify materials and equipment deliveries, ensuring they meet specifications Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise Keep accurate records of manpower, equipment, and daily activities Assist in preparing billing and documentation for project milestones Report to the Project Manager on overall progress, issues, and any deviations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field) Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred) At least 1-3 years of experience in supervising civil construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and structural drawings Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and suppliers Physically fit and willing to work on-site for extended hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
