Responsibilities
  • Lead Shopee's KOL Program, ensuring that KOLs and creators are onboarded, educated, and actively tagging Shopee product links in their content.
  • Create incentive programs, toolkits, or campaigns that drive fast and wide adoption among KOLs.
  • Collaborate closely with partnership teams and internal stakeholders to align on rollout plans, tracking mechanisms, and performance reporting.
  • Develop buyer-facing programs that promote tagged posts, encourage engagement, and drive in-app traffic and conversions.
  • Manage initiative budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven spending and resource allocation.
  • Track adoption metrics and content performance, and continuously refine strategy based on results.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, digital campaigns, or platform partnerships.
  • Proven track record in launching new platform features, creator campaigns, or performance-driven programs.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with META (Facebook/Instagram) platform features or partnerships is a huge advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—especially with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with clear KPIs and deadlines.
