The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills combined with leadership capabilities to steer and inspire a team of creative professionals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Graphic Designer, your core responsibility will be producing visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message across multiple channels. You will partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create designs that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Conceptualize and design a wide array of graphics, including web pages, banner ads, social media imagery, email campaigns, and corporate collateral.Execute designs with high visual impact that align with our branding and marketing objectives.Skillfully use a variety of design tools, including advanced knowledge of Canva, to produce quick and engaging content.Regularly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for more complex and refined designs.Collaborate with teams to refine designs and secure final approvals for production.Adapt designs for different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.Offer fresh and innovative ideas to keep our brand's visual content current and compelling.Contribute to the creative process with exceptional design solutions.Thoroughly understand brand guidelines and apply them to all creative work.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to details and deadlines.Manage and prioritize multiple projects and team tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements.Evaluate the performance of the design team and assist in setting career goals and performance metrics.PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on digital design.A well-rounded portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design across various media.Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Experience with digital content creation tools and understanding of design processes for social media platforms.Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design team members.Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design would be advantageous.Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.HOW WE WORK:Full-time position and remote set-up.This role is intended for highly skilled contractors only; please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.Usage of timedoctor (time and task tracking software) is mandatory for all team members; please ensure you're comfortable with this before applying.This role is intended for highly skilled individuals only; please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.ABOUT:At eigital, we drive progress by enabling global organizations to stay ahead in an ever-changing technological, societal, and cultural landscape.
