We are a US-based staffing company seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to drive our next phase of expansion. This role will serve as the company’s strategic leader, focusing on scaling the business, sourcing new clients, and guiding overall direction while working with our operations team to ensure strong execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead business growth initiatives by sourcing and securing new client partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term success

  • Oversee and refine operations as needed to align with growth objectives

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and scalability

  • Drive sales strategies and client acquisition efforts to accelerate revenue growth

  • Act as a key decision-maker, shaping the company’s vision and future direction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven executive-level leadership in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO

  • Strong background in business development, client acquisition, and scaling companies to handle rapid growth

  • Ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven approach

  • Ability to inspire and lead teams in a remote environment

  • Experience working with US clients is a strong advantage
