Overview The Senior Product Designer (Specialist) will apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to build products that people love to use, focusing on the entire customer journey and every interaction, whether on- or off-screen. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with on-site work three days a week at our Mandaluyong, Metro Manila office. What You Will Do Lead the design for a product area by driving the future vision for specific features or domains, ensuring a holistic and cohesive overall experience and delivering incremental steps to achieve key business objectives. Deeply understand the users by advocating for their needs through user research, insights from data, benchmarking studies, and learning from previous work. Deliver polished, intuitive, accessible user experiences that balance the ideal experience with our brand, design language, technical constraints, business priorities, and risk factors. Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities, influencing the product experience with innovative UX and design solutions. Manage design assets by ensuring artefacts (journey maps, prototypes, final UI designs) align with the product and contribute to new patterns, styles, guidelines, and best practices. Contribute to elevating the Maya design experience, collaboratively improving design practice through learning, feedback, and assisting on challenging problems. What We Are Looking For Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication Design, Motion Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 5 years of experience in designing digital products and services. Experience designing for cross-platform environments (iOS, Android, web, tablet, etc.). Experience launching large-scale products. Track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams on technical implementation. Fluency with storytelling and other communication tools that enable persuasive communication of findings to a non-technical audience. Experience implementing design systems is a plus. Experience in digital banking, digital payments, and financial services is a plus. Experience in designing for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus. Experience in accessibility is a plus. Important note: You must provide a portfolio with case studies that highlight who you are as a designer, how you think and work, and your skills.
