Fixed Asset Recording & Documentation

KRA: Maintain accurate and updated records of company assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Record newly acquired assets in the fixed asset register.
  • Ensure proper tagging and classification of assets.
  • Maintain asset documentation, including purchase receipts and depreciation records.
Asset Tracking & Audits

KRA: Ensure all company assets are properly accounted for.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in periodic asset audits and physical verification.
  • Identify and report discrepancies between physical assets and records.
  • Support the implementation of asset tracking systems (e.g., RFID, barcode scanning).
Depreciation & Disposal Support

KRA: Assist in asset depreciation and disposal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Help calculate asset depreciation as per company policies.
  • Support the documentation of asset transfers and disposals.
  • Ensure retired assets are removed from records promptly.
Compliance & Policy Adherence

KRA: Ensure adherence to financial and asset management policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow company asset management policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Report any irregularities or policy violations regarding asset management.
Coordination & Support

KRA: Provide support to the Fixed Asset team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist departments with asset-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for asset-related
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or a related role.
  • Experience in integrated resorts, online gaming, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and depreciation methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, or other asset management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of RFID/barcode asset tracking systems.
  • Understanding of Philippine financial and tax regulations regarding assets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments.
