Communicate with suppliers from the United States and Canada to check and follow up on repairs that are in incomplete status. Assist suppliers in completing Repair Orders for payment release. Assess to complete, cancel, or void Repair Orders and invoices. Liaise with other departments to resolve supplier issues and update the Auto Integrate (AI) system. Update supplier payment terms and enrollment validation & documentation. Enter data for recall notices and documentation, mailing within required timeframes. Verify and document completion of work. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS HS Graduate required. Must be flexible to work any schedule. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume service center. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficient computer skills and attention to detail. Typing 30 wpm minimum with 85% accuracy. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
