Order Management Administrator

About the role As an Order Management Administrator at Specialists Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in managing the company's order fulfillment process. This full‑time position is based in Rosario Cavite, where you'll ensure seamless processing and tracking of customer orders. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key to your success in this role. What you'll be doing Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled as per customer requirements Maintain detailed records of all orders, including order status, shipping information, and customer feedback Respond to customer inquiries about order status and provide updates as needed Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall order management workflow What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar order management or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities Proficient in using office productivity software, such as the Microsoft Office suite Experience in the technology/IT industry is preferred but not essential Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Application Questions What's your expected monthly basic salary?
