Job Background/Context: The Information Services Group (ISG) provides authoritative reference data to clients across the Institutional Client Services (ICG) organization, enabling collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account and corporate action data. The ISG collaborates with global data clients to improve competitiveness by restructuring processes, simplifying information access, and delivering business intelligence around critical data. The Account Control unit within ISG Reference Data Management opens and maintains customer sub-accounts, screens reference data, and ensures customer details and settlement instructions remain up to date. The team collaborates with Sales, Middle Office, KYC, ICRM/AML and Accounts Control teams to maintain a globally consistent data model and to meet statutory and regulatory obligations when establishing new client relationships. Before trading, client details are verified for regulatory and control purposes for Institutional Client Accounts across Equities, Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange.

• Be part of the Manila Accounts Control Group, supporting the Sanctions Screening team responsible for review and investigation of alerts generated for ISG reference data.
• Follow all documented processes and Citi Policies; deliver within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Sanctions Screening; align targets with timelines.
• Perform independent reviews based on procedures and escalate as needed; liaise with global/regional ICRM and AML teams to complete screening alert reviews end-to-end.
