Your role Conceptualize and execute digital artwork and creative assets for different marketing & sales needs, with a focus on digital materials/campaigns Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, and production of marketing materials, including with external parties such as suppliers, partners, and agencies Champion the company's brand and visual identity across all developed materials Compensation and benefits Entry-level salaries at COL may range from Php24,000 to Php26,000 per month. The actual salary of fresh grads will depend on their roles. Equity research analysts, for instance, may earn Php31,000 as their average monthly base pay. They might also earn Php20,000 per month as additional pay. COL provides dental and medical coverage, insurance, loans, miscellaneous allowance, and retirement benefits. Career progression COL completed a tree-planting activity in 2012 at the Old Sanitary Landfill in Antipolo City. It also participated in the Protect-a-Hectare program of the La Mesa Watershed in 2013 and 2014. The company continues to host investor education initiatives for the benefit of Filipinos.
