Training, development & rotation They design digital courses that support employee development and engagement goals. The digital content embedded in each of the learning series is modular, engaging, immersive, and captivating. The course catalog outlines the different learning series available to the clients. With over 200 courses across the contact center training, technology, professional, and management topics, the courses provide effective training and learning opportunities for you and your team. Compensation & benefits Teletech compensation: Base Pay Your base pay is targeted to be competitive with the market rate. It may be raised through merit increases based on performance or increases reflective of new skills and responsibilities acquired.
