Junior Recruiter

We are seeking remote Junior Recruiter to join our team in Philippines .

Rate paid in PHP: 18,000 Base + 6,000 KPI Bonus

• Extensive experience in high volume hiring
• Handling all the positions from entry level to senior level positions (technical and non-technical roles)
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc.
• Screening prospective candidates through telephonic and video interviews
• Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Processing candidates for a job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO recruitment (volume hiring)
• Excellent English communication skills - written and oral
• Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Advanced level of English (C1)

• Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
• Processor: Core i5 or higher
• RAM: 8GB or higher
• Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: Download Speed at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed at least 6 Mbps
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
